Meet Kyle

Husband. Father.
Hoosier.

Kyle Pierce grew up on stories of what Anderson built. Now he works in the Statehouse for the people who built it.

The story

Factory shifts and case law.

Kyle grew up in central Indiana in a family that ran on manufacturing shifts and military service. Both of his grandfathers put in full careers with General Motors, and the talk at his kitchen table was about what Anderson made and what it lost when the plants went quiet.

He earned his bachelor’s degree at Ball State, then a law degree at IU’s McKinney School of Law. He works in the nonprofit world as director of development for the College of Health at the Ball State University Foundation.

Kyle and his wife are raising their two kids in Anderson. District 36 sent him to the Statehouse in 2022 and sent him back in 2024.
